Today is a “funny” day. Seventy-four years ago, the “I Love Lucy” television show made its debut. Lucy was one of the funniest human beings to ever live. Her show provided much laughter and memories, an ageless humor that you can still watch to this day.
Laughter can bring about great joy. Proverbs 17:22 says it is good medicine. If you have a crushed spirit, are feeling blue or just feel low; maybe watching Lucille Ball will provide you with a quick and joyful remedy but remember, lasting joy comes only from knowing the love of God.
